MC Tech Systems was founded to build the kind of software products we wished existed at the companies we've worked at — fast, focused, and free of accidental complexity. We work with founders and small teams who need senior engineering help without the overhead of an agency.
Founders
8+ years building and implementing software platforms and ERP systems for organisations across the US and UK — owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and process analysis through configuration, training, and go-live across finance, operations, procurement, manufacturing, and IT. Founder of Vytric, a wargaming and simulation platform that generates structured scenarios from natural language prompts; built a pipeline of 80+ organisations through direct outreach and demos, including the U.S. Marine Corps Brute Krulak Center for Innovation and Future Warfare. Prior platform work includes a full migration for a 500+ person aerospace manufacturer (Electroimpact), 16-resort multi-entity onboarding (Alterra Mountain Company), and operational transformation across four subsidiaries in two countries (Safeguard Medical). MA from King's College London (War Studies); BBA Finance & Economics from the University of St. Thomas. Most comfortable when the shape of the problem isn't clear yet.

Jose Cervantes is a Houston entrepreneur and Founder of MC Systems — a performance marketing firm built to bring real, paying clients to local businesses. With a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and 5+ years running social media ad campaigns, Jose combines financial strategy with hands-on marketing execution. His passion: watch a business's social media come alive, see the accounts grow, and deliver clients that show up ready to buy.
Helped a Houston furniture retailer scale from 1 to 2 locations — generating 30 qualified leads in Month 1 and 60+ consistent leads by Month 2 through targeted Meta ad campaigns.
